Join Us in Music City!

We're thrilled to bring the 2024 Annual Meeting to Nashville – one of the region's fastest-growing cities is home to diverse and eclectic neighborhoods, renowned universities and, of course, a country music scene unlike anywhere else! This year's meeting brings us to the heart of Tennessee, a state home to the Memphis Blues, Appalachian folk music, and so much more.

Throughout the Annual Meeting, we'll highlight the history, culture and heritage of Nashville and all of Tennessee. Welcome to the Volunteer State!

Free Museum Tours

We have partnered with two of Nashville's best museums to provide free access to all attendees throughout the Annual Meeting! From Tuesday, November 12, through Friday, November 15, your badge is all you need to access these museums and their powerful exhibits:

The National Museum of African American Music will be open from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily throughout the Annual Meeting. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Omni. In addition to museum access, your badge will provide you with a 10% discount on purchases from the museum's Amplify Store. For $5, you can purchase an RFID bracelet allowing you to download music and store interactive experiences. No advance registration is necessary.
